Salvation is deliverance from spiritual death and enslavement by sin. Our only hope of redemption is through the blood of Jesus shed at Calvary. Salvation is received as a person repents of their sins, and believes in the fact that the death and resurrection of Christ has the power to remove sin. God then responds.
